My name is Jenny Michalski-Evans. My optical journey began while studying holistic nutrition 15 years ago and wanting to get a better understanding of how what we put into our bodies affects us from the inside out, and what better way than studying the “window to the soul,” our eyes. I have a passion for all things artistic, wholistic, and healing.
When I am not at Sphere, you will find me with my nose in a book reading or studying all while in the energy of my beautiful family.
Morning routine: I do like to meditate in the morning to connect and ground before starting my day. I always start with a vitamin filled smoothie before I head out the door.
